About These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines set the standards for using NebourHood responsibly. They exist to protect users, preserve marketplace quality, and make professional property-service connections more trustworthy.

Purpose. The guidelines explain acceptable behaviour across profiles, projects, leads, reviews, bookings, and communications.

Community safety. They help reduce harassment, spam, fraud, and misleading content that could harm Property Owners or Service Professionals.

Professional networking. NebourHood is a business marketplace. Users are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully even when a project does not proceed.

Trust and transparency. Accurate profiles, honest portfolios, and fair lead conduct support better decisions for everyone on the platform.

About NebourHood

NebourHood is a PropTech marketplace connecting Property Owners with Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Civil Engineers, Construction Professionals, and other home improvement Service Professionals.

  • PropTech marketplace for property-service discovery
  • Professional discovery platform for profiles and portfolios
  • Lead marketplace for relevant project opportunities
  • Property services platform spanning design, construction, and improvement categories

How the marketplace works

  1. 1. Property Owner submits a requirement
  2. 2. NebourHood applies platform checks and publishes the lead where applicable
  3. 3. Service Professional purchases the lead
  4. 4. Professional and Property Owner discuss the project opportunity

NebourHood facilitates connections and platform workflows. It does not execute projects, supervise sites, guarantee workmanship, or become a party to user agreements.

Original work or content you have permission to publish
High-quality images and accurate descriptions

Do not plagiarise content, upload misleading media, or publish copyrighted material without permission. NebourHood may remove or restrict content that violates these standards.

Projects & Portfolio Guidelines

Portfolio quality directly affects trust on NebourHood. Service Professionals should upload only legitimate work.

Your company and contact details belong on your NebourHood profile—not embedded in project images.
